About This Role

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their recovery journey.

This casual position is based in Preston, VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buid meaningful relationships with programme participants to foster healing and personal growth
  • Facilitate psycho-social educational groups
  • Organise inclusive social activities to promote community and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support holistic care plans
  • Support and guide behaviour in line with program policies
About You

You should be calm under pressure, empathetic by nature, and committed to supporting individuals as they rebuild their lives.

You will also have:

  • Experience in the AOD sector or a similar environment
  • Confidence working with diverse backgrounds with complex needs
  • A relevant qualification, such as Certificate IV in AOD
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check
  • A valid Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A First Aid Certificate
