About The Role
You'll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a great team.
Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
- Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing)
- Helping with medication, mobility, or rehab exercises (as needed and with training)
- Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement
- Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients
We are looking for support in the following areas: Henley Beach, Pennington, Taperoo and surrounds.
About You
We are looking for experienced support workers with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.
You'll Also Bring
- Cert 3 Individual Support or similar relevant qualification
- NDISWSC
- WWCC
- National Police Check
- Driver's licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle
- First Aid & CPR
