With ongoing growth and success, Shadforth is seeking a skilled Concrete / Stormwater Structures Leading Hand to join our team in the Moreton Bay Region. This position will involve leading a team of 3-4 people working within our civil pipe crew teams across multiple subdivision and road construction projects working on Concrete and Storm water structures.

**Reporting to a supervisor, your key responsibilities will be**:

- Constructing storm water manholes
- Prepping and pouring storm water, gully pits and culvert slabs
- Complete builds to SEQ requirements including steel Fixing
- Work with dumpy levels
- Stripping & cleaning forms
- Rendering and Benching
- Ordering concrete

**About You**
- Demonstrate experience in construction of manholes / pits
- Read and understand plans and comply with standard specifications
- Construction Induction Card / White Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Confined Space Entry certificate
- Available to work 10-hour days, Monday - Friday, with Saturdays as required
