**Front of House Supervisor - Coppersmith Hotel (South Melbourne)**

Coppersmith Hotel is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of South Melbourne, known for its great food, genuine hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced **Front of House Supervisor** to lead our service team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

**About the Role**:
You’ll oversee daily service, support staff, maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism, and ensure a seamless guest experience. You’ll work closely with management to train, motivate, and lead a small, dedicated FOH team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or senior FOH role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for food, wine, and genuine hospitality
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to manage a fast-paced service environment
- Availability across weekends and evenings
