About the Opportunity:

The Saba Rooftop is on the hunt for a one of a kind FOH/Bar Supervisor. Preferably to have stronger experience with FOH but also knows how to manage a fast paced bar environment. Expertise in cocktail creation and qualified as a barista is a plus. Someone whose values align with creating an inclusive, safe and respectful culture is a non negotiable

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • At least 1 year experience supervising the front of house and bar in a premium venue.
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
