The Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Bar & FOH Supervisor with proven leadership in busy venues. You’ll take the reins during service, support and guide the team, and ensure guests receive consistently top-tier service — whether they’re in for a casual drink or a full dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support daily bar and floor operations
- Lead by example and motivate team members during service
- Manage bookings, walk-ins, and seating plans
- Prepare and serve drinks to spec and uphold bar standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
- Handle cash-up, POS, and closing duties
- Maintain compliance with RSA and venue policies
- Ensure the venue is clean, efficient, and welcoming at all times

About You:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in hospitality, including at least 2 in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of bar operations, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Confident team leader with excellent floor presence
- Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Holds a valid RSA certificate
- Available for night and weekend shifts
