As a high performing Corporate Governance Officer, you will be able to proactively contribute to a team and help the business excel. You will work autonomously whilst having the support of a strong team environment.

This position is focused on providing support and administrative assistance to the Client Service Team in the delivery of governance and company secretarial services to a defined client portfolio. Global Talent Agency are seeking a motivated self-starter who is passionate about corporate governance and has experience in providing a range of company secretarial services.
- Salary: 105k (inclusive of Superannuation)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Client Service Team in carrying out the company secretarial function for clients, including:

- Maintaining and administering the annual meeting calendar, meeting agendas, board and board committee papers and minutes.
- Drafting shell minutes, completing draft minutes and collating Board Packs within relevant software.
- Managing and responding to client queries in a timely and professional basis.
- Coordinating events, conferences, board and committee meetings as required.
- Handling filings with ASIC, ACNC and ASX.
- Attending Board and Committee meetings if required
- Researching and presenting appropriate communication to ensure clients are informed and compliant with the ongoing requirements of relevant legislation and regulation.
- Contributing to research and drafting of company communications, including quarterly newsletters, industry articles, presentations, marketing collateral and social media activities.
- Assisting with other business initiatives and projects as required.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Experience in governance and/or compliance and administrative functions.
- Exposure to the requirements of regulators such as ASIC, ACNC and/or ASX.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline.
- **High level written communication skills**; ability to prepare, review and edit client correspondence and reports in an appropriate style.
- **High level of attention to detail** and a diligent nature, with a friendly personality and high attention to customer service.
- **Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks** and ensure that service standards are maintained.
- **Ability to work effectively in a remote, unsupervised, and independent capacity**. Must have the capacity to work independently with mínimal direction.
- **Proficient at analysing issues** and solving problems.
