Breight Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has recently seen enormous growth specialising in accredited High-Risk Training, Assessment and Licensing for the Construction, Resources and Infrastructure, Mining, Transport and Logistic Industries.

Breight Education currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energized individual to join our training team. We focus on quality outcomes for our students and the industry, and this is reflected in training time allocated to all our courses. Successful applicants will be mentored by our current trainers and assessors in all our processes with an established trainer induction program in place.

Breight is looking for a
**High-Risk Trainers and Assessors **that are looking to make a positive difference in people's lives with the following.
- Basic, Intermediate, Advanced Scaffolding SB, SI, SA.
- Dogging
- Basic Intermediate and Advanced Rigging, RB, RI, RA
- Confined Space / Work at Heights

**Further to the above, experience in the follow would be advantageous but not mandatory to the position**:

- Dogging & Rigging
- Elevated Work Platform EWP
- Forklift Operations
- Atmospheric Gas Testing
- Basic Fire Fighting
- Mechanical Trade Experience

**In addition, you will need to have or be willing to attain the following current units of competency**:

- CPCCLSF2001 - Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding basic level
- CPCCLSF3001- Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding intermediate level
- CPCCLSF4001Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding advanced level
- CPCCLDG3001 - Licence to perform dogging
- CPCCLRG3001 - Licence to perform rigging basic level
- CPCCLRG3002 - Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
- CPCCLRG4001 - Licence to perform rigging advanced level

Breight is additionally happy to consider and invest in someone who is looking to transfer out of an operational or FIFO role into a Perth Based training role based on some key requirements and qualification having been already obtained.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Minimum of 5 years in Scaffolding Trade
- Advance Scaffolding qualification
- Relevant High-Risk Work License
- Registered High Risk Assessor Card or ability to acquire
- Forklift License (Advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level computer level skills
- Previous RTO experience, including training and assessment process and evidence recording requirements (Highly desirable)
- Experience with online learning management systems (Highly desirable)
- Ability to identify gaps in skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven ability to deliver effective training
- Safety and quality focus
