Perth, Australia PERSOLKELLY Full time

This role is on an ongoing contract, working full time 12-hour shifts.
- The roster will be an 8/6, _possibly 4/3_ (depending on the situation).
- You'll be flying from the Perth's Airport to the mine site in Newman.

You'll be responsible for:

- Conducting personnel's training and assessment in accordance with the requirements of the training package and processes
- Liaise with Training Coordinator to ensure training and assessment materials are suitable and available
- Identify and communicate training/assessment recommendations where gaps to the standards are identified
- Reporting the outcomes of the training in the Records system
- Remain fully conversant with legislation, & changes in relating to training

In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:

- Cert IV TAE Training and Assessment TA40116.
- Established experience operating mobile plant equipment.
- Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor for mobile equipment within a mining background
- Experience on Haul Trucks, Wheel Loader, Grader, Dozer for move and test pass outs
- Forklift, EWP & various High Risk Licences
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Current WA driver's licence
