Located in quiet pocket of leafy Wantirna, Royal Freemasons Centennial Lodge is unlike any other nursing home in Melbourne’s east. Dedicated and enthusiastic staff provide both residential aged care support as well as specialist healthcare to ensure residents feel safe and secure.
**About the role**
As the Facility Manager at Centennial Lodge, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the provision and delivery of high-quality person-centred care, ensuring effective clinical procedures are in place, clinical optimisation & adherence to accreditation & quality standards.
- Ensuring documentation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a quality management system for efficient and effective management and ongoing accreditation.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Working closelywith key stakeholders of the facility including residents, families, guests, contractors, and staff to ensure high standardsof care and exceptional customer service.
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience or qualifications in management in Aged Care or relevant services.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills, including the ability to foster a high performing team culture and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of ANACC, including its impact on business outcomes and a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- A passionate people leader with proven methods for leading, developing and managing staff.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
