We are currently hiring experienced Afternoon Shift Team Leader to join our Client's vibrant warehouse team in Gillman.

This role would be suited to someone with previous team leader experience within the warehousing industry that can learn quick and is comfortable controlling up to 20 workers in a KPI driven environment.

**Duties**:

- Day to day supervision of up to 20 employees
- Maintain productivity levels
- Ensure staff are trained and aware of company policies
- Liasing with management to ensure company standards are met
- Meeting daily pick rate KPI’s
- Perform administrative functions as required
- Take direction from the warehouse supervisor and work in a team environment

Skills & Experience:

- Current drivers licence
- Current High Risk LF licence with recent experience
- Good Literacy and Numeracy Skills
- Experience with rostering & KPI's
- Previous experience in a leadership position
- Be self motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Computer literate
