**About the Role**

Reporting to our Commercial Manager (Packaging and Services), the Team Leader will operate within our Commercial Enterprises located at Reynella and will do the following:

- Coordinate production, supervise and train supported employees in a manner which respects their dignity and promotes independence and wellbeing.
- Provide leadership and direction and monitor and coach supported employees, ensuring they are appropriately skilled to perform in their roles.
- Oversee the production of packaging food products to meet KPI’s and quality standards.
- Oversee invoicing, reporting, purchasing and drafting of production schedules.
- Complete supported employee documentation, including progress notes and files compliance with quality standards and funding requirements

**Knowledge and Experience**

To be successful in this role you will ensure effective customer service, and that production processes meet quality standards. You will be a positive influence and engage effectively with stakeholders and supported employees to achieve operational targets. You will also require:

- Experience working in the Disability or Aged Care sectors.
- A Cert III in Disability is essential.
- Understanding or exposure to working with Supported Employees.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and production techniques.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Sound administration skills to complete supported employee documentation.

Your ability to demonstrate a high level of patience working with people with disability, in addition to working in a production environment, will be highly regarded.

All SA Group Enterprises Employees are required to have a NDIS Clearance OR DHS Disability Clearance screening check and should be able to provide proof of being fully vaccinated.
