We have an exciting new opportunity within our organization reporting directly to the National Sales Manager - Films & Specialty Resins.
**In this role**
You will have dual responsibilities: driving the growth of a new product category, specialty resins (60%), and managing a portfolio of existing flexible film accounts (40%).
- Your main objectives will include expanding our customer base.
- Conducting market research on specialty resins in the Australian market.
- Managing existing flexible film accounts.
- Driving sales volume growth and profitability.
- Engaging with customers to better serve their needs
- Optimizing stock management.
- Ensuring timely payments.
- Sharing market insights with the sales team and effectively resolving customer complaints and quality issues.
**Qualifications for Success**:
- To excel in this role, you should possess 5-7 years of experience in frontline or technical sales.
- A proven track record in developing and expanding new business is essential.
- We value individuals who are quick learners, self-motivated, persistent, and possess a can-do attitude.
- Your proactive approach to customer service, ability to offer innovative solutions, and deliver measurable results will be key.
- Building strong customer relationships, along with a solid understanding of commercial dynamics, is crucial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will contribute to your success in this role.
