**The role**:
The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in the Electrical and Renewable Offering division (SEARO) of Symal Group
**Your impact**:
You will drive engineering solutions for key SEARO projects, including high voltage systems and renewable energy initiatives such as wind and solar farms.
**Your every day**:
- Designing and implementing innovative electrical solutions for high voltage and renewable energy projects.
- Leading project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentoring and developing a skilled engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Overseeing the tendering process, ensuring competitive and client-aligned proposals.
- Collaborating with procurement and estimating teams to ensure accurate project costing and efficient resource allocation.
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in high voltage systems and renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical design principles, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-divisional teamwork.
