An awesome remote opportunity for a Technical Lead to spearhead a small team in an organisation making a difference.
**The Company**
Robert Half is currently working with a fast-growing publicly listed organisation that utilises cutting-edge technology to provide media accessibility for all. With a global presence, the organisation has offices in Australia, the UK, and the USA. Their solutions make a positive difference in the community and provide a safe and secure way for everyone to access information.
In Australia, their offices are located in Sydney and Melbourne, but the business has adopted the work from anywhere model and the role can be done remotely (Australia only).
**The Role**
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading from the front with software design, architecture, and development. Rather than people management, you will drive good engineering principles and processes while being responsible for delivering a quality product.
- Leading a small team (4-5) from a technical perspective
- Be the 'go-to' person for system-level technical expertise
- Driving engineering practices and empowering the development team
- Lead the continuous improvement of systems and products
**Your Profile**
You will be, an innovative thinker and someone who loves solving complex problems. You will be a technology leader who thrives on leading the design and architecture from the front. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to share ideas and information clearly and confidently with people at all organisational levels and varying levels of technical understanding.
Your experience and skills should include most, if not all:
- Security-based software principle and cloud-native distributed architecture
- Sophisticated CI/CD pipelines - AWS (Azure and GCP highly regarded)
- Experience with the following technology Node, Angular, TypeScript.Net, C++, Python (not all mandatory)
- Ability to quickly pick up new technology
