**Technical Lead**

This role plays a crucial part in providing technical leadership, driving technology strategy, design, and implementation for a complex global ecosystem. The focus is on the coordinated enablement of various technologies. Collaboration with vendors and multiple business units is integral for pragmatic solution delivery in line with agreed schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leads Technical Solution Design**:

- Analyse project briefs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical designs, guidelines, standards, and risk identification.
- Support Program Manager, Project Managers, and Stakeholders in shaping projects.

**Solutions Delivery**:

- Oversee project technical aspects, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices.
- Review test plans, contribute to training materials, and oversee implementation.
- Drive development of principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns.

**Risk Management and Quality Assurance**:

- Identify technical risks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

**Role Deliverables**:

- Contribution to, and assurance of key architecture and designs in the relevant projects to ensure fitness for purpose
- Support the Project Manager to ensure that solutions are successfully
- Manage effort estimation, task planning, and execution.

**Expertise Required**
- 7+ years in IT industry.
- Minimum of five years of experience in projects or programs for large corporate organisations
- Information security experience.
- Experience in implementing Cyber Security controls.
- Experience in integrating SaaS solutions into an enterprise
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of product management and agile principles.
- Expertise in implementing IAM/IGA solutions.
- Information security experience.
- Experience in implementing Cyber Security controls.
- Experience working on a major program in a large multi-national organisation.
