**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
Provide general HR administration assistance such as:
- Process employment contract variations
- Undertake compliance checks, reviews and management
- Personnel file set up and maintain accurate employee records
**About You**
YOU are an experienced Administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment and have the ability to work in a team or independently.
Being adaptable in nature, you will also have:
- A high attention to detail - essential
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft packages, DocuSign and HRIS experience
- Demonstrated customer service and general administration skills and experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise as required
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- An entry level understanding or interest in Human Resource will be highly regarded
- As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks_.
