We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone with real estate administration or sales support experience who thrives in an organised, professional environment.

Your Role

You'll be an important part of our sales support team, assisting with:

  • Sales & contract administration
  • Following up on deposit payments
  • Coordinating paperwork for signing and lodgement
  • Sales reporting and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • General administration to support the sales process
About You
  • Previous experience in real estate sales admin or contract administration is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team player with a positive & friendly attitude
The Details
  • Part-Time: 3 days Monday – Thursday (flexible on which 3 of these days)
  • Hours: 9:30 am – 2:30pm (15 hours per week, scope to extend hours & days)
  • Location: In-office role based in Bundall, QLD
  • Salary: Equivalent to $60,000 – $70,000 per annum (pro rata, based on part-time hours) + super.
