**The experience we are looking for**
- 1+ year experience in a Help Desk role
- Virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V
- Office 365 Administration
- Azure AD Administration
- Cyber Security and its impact on business
- Installation & Setup of NBN, Fibre, and ADSL Devices
- Network Printers and Scanners
- VoIP Setup (3CX)
- General Router / Network management with experience in port forwarding/security/VPN

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Triaging ticket queue (Connectwise)
- Manage and support a range of clients and their operating environments, providing both onsite and remote support
- Perform maintenance, patching and upgrades on operating systems to ensure uptime
- Ensure incidents are effectively managed and a root cause solutions implemented
