We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist based in our Sydney CBD office.- Casual basis - 3 days a week- Reports to the Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities-
- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the completion of team-based projects and business improvement initiatives to provide operational support and efficiency- Identify, escalate and drive resolutions to process inefficiencies- Provide reliable data to assist with the prioritization of business improvement initiatives projects- Utilize tools and methodologies for continuous improvement and perform workshops (e.g., Lean, Six sigma, brainstorm sessions)- Able to plan, communicate and drive projects to completion- Assist/and or provide reports and analysis- Ensure alignment between business processes and company vision
What you will need to be successful- Able to communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders.- Ability to work both autonomously with limited direction and in a team environment.- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions.- Strong collaboration skills.- Manage and support the Service Project Manager and the Lighthouse development.-
- Support Field Operations Manager with daily operations, projects, and KPI management.- General Administration and support as required.
