Great opportunity for an Agile Process Analyst to join on a 6 month contract to implement processes.

**Your new company**
Join a leading telco organisation undergoing a 5 year transformation and over 100 initiatives in the pipeline. This role specifically sits within the Customer Lifecycle Management Team, who work in hybrid agile environment and are a fairly small, collaborative team within the business. They have addressed the gaps and are looking to implement and imbed processes.

**Your new role**
As a Process Analyst you will roll out new processes within the team.This includes:

- Conducting Business Process Analysis and design best proactive guidelines across hybrid agile environment.
- Prepare project documentation and provide status updates for initiatives
- Drive adherence to tooling and agile methodologies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Lean six sigma green or yellow belt experience highly regarded
- High level of business side Agile experience (Agile SM certification beneficial)
- Must be based in Sydney, able to go on site up to 3 days per week.
