Xpert Consulting Pty Ltd (trading as Novon) is a large Sydney based IT Services business. We operate a number of Technology centric brands including Novon, our IT Services business focused on delivering Data Transformation Services for clients large and small.

As Novon grows our Business Consulting Practice is continuing to expand and we have another opportunity for an experienced Organisation Process Analyst to join our growing on-site team.

Role Overview

As an Organisation Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to identify process gaps, establish process standards, and develop solutions to streamline operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and document current organizational processes, program systems, structures, format, and content.
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans.
- Establish process standards and documentation.
- Conduct training sessions on new processes and procedures
- Maintain process documentation and track progress of process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work with short deadlines
