Downer is seeking a **Mechanical Fitter Leading Hand**to lead a team of skilled mechanics maintaining heavy mobile and earthmoving equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and team coordination will make a real impact.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Trade qualification in **Heavy Diesel Mechanics**or **Mobile Plant Technology**:

- Proven leadership experience in a mechanical environment
- Experience with **heavy mobile or earthmoving equipment**

**Highly Regarded**:

- Background in **civil, road transport, or rail**:

- **Current HR Licence**:

- Skills in **electrical fault finding**and **hydraulic systems**
