We are an award winning Financial Services Firm located in the western suburbs who pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service to our clients and we expect the receptionist to be an integral part of that delivery.
We are seeking to recruit a Receptionist who prides themselves in managing all front of house responsibilities that come with working in the professional services industry who is a bubbly, hardworking and tech savvy person.
You will be the ‘director of first impressions’ & the face of our business in a work environment that is friendly and flexible yet professional.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Full ownership of front of house.
- Welcoming clients and visitors at reception
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries accordingly
- General administrative tasks including incoming and outgoing mail, electronic filing and archiving
- Preparation, management & lodgement of documentation for clients (Tax Returns, Activity Statements) both electronically & in paper form
- Preparation of ATO documentation and liaising with ATO
- Invoicing & processing client payments
- Co-ordinate, maintain and setting up of meeting rooms and Board Room for client meetings making tea or coffee where needed
- Client appointments and calendar management
- Monitor all stationery and staff amenities requirements.
- General admin support to EA’s and other admin staff as requested
- Other long term projects as you develop in the role

This role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm.
**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
