**About Masson for Light**

A division of the Beacon Lighting Group and operating for over 68 years, Masson for Light is a very well known, premium architectural lighting designer and manufacturer. Located in Melbourne’s inner-city suburb of Richmond, our showroom exhibits specialised architectural lighting for commercial, retail, hospitality, residential and public spaces.

Our entire range of lighting is designed by our in-house team and custom manufactured in our Melbourne factory to meet the project specifications of architects, interior designers and engineers alike.

**The Role**

This is an extraordinarily varied role, where you will support the team across many functions, including:

- Attend to phone enquiries from suppliers and customers and liaising with customers through both inbound and outbound calls
- Attend to customers who visit the showroom
- Ensure all quotations are completed accurately and appropriately to meet both the customer needs and business expectations
- Place and follow up supplier orders as necessary, pick and pack as required
- Receive deliveries and pick and pack product for dispatch
- Maintain showroom presentation
- Ensure stockroom is well maintained

**About You**

Due to the variety of work in this role, we are after someone who is very hands-on and not afraid to jump in and help across all the functions of the business. Primarily, however, this is an administrative and customer service role, and you will:

- Have similar recent experience
- Have medium to advanced computer skills
- Be very well presented and be able to communicate clearly (in person, on the telephone and in writing)
- Be able to complete office-based work as well as lift and move stock and other items up to 15kg.
