**YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY**

Due to well-deserved internal promotions, we are seeking passionate superstars who have a love for all things fashion to join our Global Buying team

As our incredible Buyers Administrator, you will build foundational skills to prepare and propel you into the world of Buying. Your day will include administration, preparing reports, data entry & database management. Get excited to partner closely with an Assistant Buyer and support them with market research and so much more

Based out of our vibrant Head Office in Melbourne, this role will suit a Fashion Graduate who is looking to take their first step into Buying.

Get excited to:

- Processing and maintenance of purchase orders
- Raise and manage orders in the product database ensuring accuracy
- Raise internal product descriptions
- Ensure effective sample management
- Collate samples for relevant meetings as required
- General administration and database management

**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**

You are a recent Fashion Graduate looking to take your first career step into the world of Buying, you are in your final year of online studying looking to take on a Full-Time position or you are currently in a Buyers Administrator role looking to step into a Global brand that will help develop your career.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise / Enterprise (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a Retail environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high workload and can work to tight deadlines
- Can re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
- Ability to form relationships across the business
- Willingness to take initiative and have a ‘can do’ attitude
