**Introduction**: **What’s involved**: This exciting role is responsible for building the image, visibility and equity of our portfolio of brands in priority export markets, contributing to the growth and profitability of Brown Family Wine Group and supporting our regional sales team and distributor partners. **The team**: You’ll be working alongside a dedicated and passionate team of marketing, export and sales professionals. You’ll have the ability to work autonomously, but you’ll have guidance and support from the Chief Marketing Executive who this role reports into. **Description**: **Every day will be different, and you’ll be helping us with**: Contribute to the development, implementation, and achievement of annual Export Brand Plans for priority markets. Create and lead the execution of in-market brand activity in consultation with the Brand/PR team, regional sales team and distributors. Oversee and manage our brand image in export markets. Lead international award amplification by creating a program to drive broad consumer, trade and distributor/sales awareness of our accolades and accomplishments. Work with the winemaking, production, brand and export teams to identify long-term opportunities for brand growth and profitability, managing projects from idea to post launch evaluation, including annual vintage changeover. Oversee and manage export market content and brand asset requests. Act as the key marketing contact for priority distributor and trade relationships. Manage key international agency relationships, including PR, research and any in-market content development and social media. Budget management in line with annual operating plan. **Skills and Experiences**: **What you’ll need to succeed**: Export experience or experience in working in/with international markets. Degree qualified (marketing, business preferred). 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferable in a FMCG/Liquor role. Knowledge of marketing principles, practices and legislative requirements preferred. Developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills. Flexibility to travel to Milawa when required, and to priority export markets 1-2 times per year. Second language preferred (not mandatory). Developing new labels and launch program for a new range of limited edition products to be sold through Asia. Creating marketing collateral and helping set up distributor meetings at Prowein and Vinexpo trade shows. Liaising with our US distributor to develop marketing materials and support programs to re-launch one of our product lines in the US. Developing brand assets and collateral to disrupt shoppers instore in Singapore and South Korea.
