**About Volley**:
Volley has stood the test of time for more than 80 odd years What was once a boat shoe (turned professional tennis shoe), has now become a modern day lifestyle footwear brand aimed at the youth market. In short, we have totally reshaped the brand to fit the modern day Aussie who is looking to represent The Sole of Australia.
The Product Manager will liaise with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver product to domestic and international markets This is achieved through the day-to-day management of all offshore supplier production and quality control processes to ensure product is delivered in in full, on time (DIFOT), as per design and product specifications. They will also act as the main link in communication between key stakeholders such as agents, domestic customers and international distributors. This role also focuses on engagement and growth for a company on the social platforms, understanding what goes into making compelling and engaging content.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Management of supplier production
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Manage and maintain QC processes both domestically and offshore to ensure quality is provided to the consumer and meet international market standards.
- Manage production schedules and critical path ensuring all brand and key stakeholder delivery deadlines are achieved
- Manage products through marketplace channels
- Liaise with warehouse on shipment arrivals and customer delivery requirements
- Liaise with international distributors and other key stakeholders, coordinating orders, projects and solutions for various issues and requests that arise
- Inventory Management, including creating and raising purchases orders, EDI order management, product set up and maintenance.
- Assist commercial manager in sales reporting, forecasting and operations planning.
- Liaise with Marketing Team on sampling requirements, photoshoots and deadlines
- Build & maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders (both internal & external)
- Provide support and assistance to Brand Manager and other teams members to ensure overall success of the brand.
**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Previous production experience, preferably with exposure to the Fashion industry
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
- Experience in AP21 highly advantageous
- A team player who displays enthusiasm for the team and supports team objectives and willingly participates
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive work ethic and can recommend and implement improvements where required
