**What we are looking for**
- Previous customer service or call center experience ideally
- Ability to listen and demonstrate empathy to customers
- Must be tech savvy, we use multiple systems and screens
- Resilience when dealing with challenging calls

**You can expect to**:

- Respond to high volume inbound calls from members of the community, some of which are from a low socio-economic background
- Monitor and take appropriate actions to ensure work orders are completed within contractual service level agreements
- Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets and documents

The successful applicants will genuinely care about their customers and want to make a positive impact on other people’s lives within local communities.

**You must have valid working rights in Australia to be eligible for this role.**
**If successful, you must be comfortable completing a workplace medical assessment, police check & reference checks.**
