In this permanent full-time role, you will be a trusted advisor to our Health portfolio and will have a great opportunity to build and maintain strategic and credible relationships across the businesses. Reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR partnering support to a group of national brands that enable better lives in the community through acute therapy services and injury management services.

**You will make an impact**:
Provide professional, business-focused HR support across the portfolio of brands

Coach and support leaders to enable increased people management responsibilities

Support the delivery of people change initiatives including integration and transformation activities and performance optimisation activities

Manage remediation efforts relating to HR issues and concerns

Improve employee engagement and employee retention

To be successful in this role
Bringing your exceptional communication and influencing skills, you will be confident in building and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels of an organisation through credibility, respect, and rapport.

**You will have**:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and or applied industry experience

Demonstrated Generalist HR experience including ER / IR

Ability to source, synthesise and analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data to recognise trends and develop recommendations
