
Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative duties including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow up and ensure the timely collection of customer payments.
- Coordinate operational activities, liaising with installers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Assist management with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service roles.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in solving problems.
- Familiarity with remote working tools (Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Good command of accounting software (Zoho or Xero).
- Overseas experience preferred.
