A permanent Talent Acquisition Partner job based in Sydney West, paying up to $95k base.

**Your new company**
You will be joining an important local business that works across the blue-collar sector. Your new offices will be based at Eastern Creek, Auburn, OR Alexandria (there is flexibility on this).

**Your new role**
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment for vacancies in NSW, VIC & QLD, as well as:

- Liaising with hiring managers to assist with their hiring needs
- Coordinating pre-employment checks
- Managing and updating talent pools
- Providing weekly or monthly recruitment reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a similar role within a blue-collar environment will lead you to success, as well as:

- Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume desk (in-house or agency)
- Sound understanding of employment laws and industrial relations
- Experience working in a fast paced role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of diverse recruitment tools
- An energetic personality would be a plus
