We're looking for a Community Engagement Associate to join our fast-growing health tech company in the disability sector. We are a well funded business growing rapidly and we need _you_ to help take us to our next major growth milestones.
You'll be supporting our growth team to find new NDIS participants to welcome to our services and in doing so grow our business.
**The role**
In disability, it's all about human connection. In this role, you will actively engage the disability sector and welcome customers into our services for people with disability, their families, therapists, and businesses in the space. This role will be outcomes based and remunerated accordingly in order to drive success. This involves:
- Supporting a group of Community Engagement Managers to grow their respective referral networks and number of NDIS participants
- Supporting the sales process end to end and helping Community Engagement Managers with territory planning, follow up calls, sending and following up contracts, and validating that new participants have been entered into our invoicing system
- Support Community Engagement Managers by attending industry events
- Lead generation activity including planning and outreach
- Liaising with the delivery team to effectively handover new participant information to ensure a great customer experience
**About you**
- You are highly accountable, driven and self-aware.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Most importantly you will need empathy, resilience and a strong work ethic
- Experience in the disability sector would also be highly valued, but again not mandatory
