About the Role
As a
Client Engagement Associate
, you'll be at the core of our client relationships — managing accounts, facilitating operational requests, and connecting clients with Ultradata's innovative suite of financial software solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and virtual check-ins to maintain strong engagement
- Keep clients informed about Ultradata's products, innovations, and strategic developments
- Understand client business needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or roadblocks
- Develop and execute account sales plans and marketing strategies
- Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with quotes, proposals, and account documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business (Financial Services discipline highly desirable)
- Proven experience in sales methodology and solution-based client engagement
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in influencing decision-makers and building trust.
