Join Levande and Help Shape Vibrant Communities
At Levande, we’re reimagining retirement living—creating communities where residents thrive, feel connected, and truly belong. As one of Australia’s leading retirement living providers, our purpose is to enrich the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality services and meaningful experiences. Guided by care, trust, and excellence, we are building communities people are proud to call home.
We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Communications Associate to join our team. This is more than a communications role—it’s an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led organisation and help tell the story of Levande as we continue to grow and innovate.
**Your Role**: Shape the Levande Story
As a Communications Associate, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering compelling content across internal and external channels. Whether it’s through strategic campaigns, social media engagement, or cross-functional collaboration, your work will directly enhance our brand and support stronger connections within and beyond our communities.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Write, edit, and publish clear, engaging content tailored for both internal and external audiences across a variety of channels
- Assist in implementing paid, owned, and earned media initiatives that enhance Levande’s visibility and brand reputation
- Collaborate on communication plans that align with business priorities and support key organisational initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance to teams and leaders across the business on communication best practices
- Work closely with the customer journey team to maintain a strong, consistent presence across social media platforms and foster community engagement
- Contribute to the development of visually appealing materials by assisting with image selection, layout design, and creative execution
- Leverage AI content creation tools to enhance efficiency and support scalable, high-quality messaging across channels
**What You’ll Bring**:
We’re looking for a strong communicator with a flair for storytelling and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’ll be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in corporate communications and/or public relations
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone
- Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and workflow enhancement
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Contentful and Meltwater
- Proficiency in Canva or similar tools to support visual content creation
- Experience managing social media channels and moderating content
