In the role of Manager (Regulatory Analytics), you will manage and be responsible for the intelligence analysis function and the associated systems and technology that supports both the delivery of the Regulatory Compliance and Enforcement (RC&E) operations work programs. The Manager (Regulatory Analytics) is also responsible for obtaining, analysing and interpreting intelligence data as well as focusing on initiatives that will assist and support the department's Prosecutions, Compliance and Assurance areas.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Work with the RC&E Leadership Team and policy and planning stakeholders to ensure that the compliance product service delivery planning and evaluation framework clearly sets out desired passenger transport road use management outcomes, stakeholder accountabilities and agreed service delivery objectives, priorities and performance indicators/ targets. Lead and manage the operation of a central compliance intelligence analysis and evaluation capability to support the planning framework and operational compliance and enforcement activities. Develop and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including the Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Translink to lead and champion service delivery improvement, align business to businessservice and information flows, influence directions, negotiate partnerships and ensure business outcomes are met. Manage a team of intelligence and data analysts responsible for conducting intelligence based analytical activities ensuring that team capability and performance is maintained and monitored through TMR's People Performance policy.
