About the role
This is a full-time role as an APVMA Regulatory Affairs Consultant at DTS Regulatory Consultants' Brisbane office. The role involves providing high-quality regulatory services to clients within the agricultural and veterinary chemical industry, with a four-day work week offering excellent work-life balance.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare registration applications and supporting data packages for submission to the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA)
- Respond to APVMA queries and requests for additional information during the registration evaluation process
- Provide strategic regulatory advice to clients on national and international regulatory requirements
- Assist clients with variations, renewals and other post-registration activities
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory guidelines and legislation
- Collaborate with the broader DTS team to deliver exceptional client service
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline, with a strong understanding of the agricultural and veterinary chemical regulatory environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulatory affairs role, preferably within the agrochemical or animal health industries
- Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and regulatory authorities
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
