**Customer Service Coordinator - hybrid WFH and the Braeside office**

**The role includes**:
- Manage the relationship with the customer from beginning to end ensuring the process is seamless.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, rates, and policies.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Problem solves by addressing any customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and customer information.
- **Monday to Friday - you need to be able to cover a rotating roster between the hours of 6am - 8pm (2 weeks early shift then 2 weeks late shift)**
**What you can bring**:
- A few years' experience in a customer focused role.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.
- A proven track record for exceptional customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment. Possess problem solving skills.
- You are comfortable taking the initiative and working autonomously.
- Have a sense of urgency in all tasks.
- Have strong computer skills - working knowledge of Salesforce would be great but they are happy to train.

- **A competitive base salary dependant on experience $65K-$67K plus 11.5% super plus an annual bonus if KPI's are met.**:
