We are seeking an **experienced CHSP Coordinator (Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4.30pm) **who genuinely enjoys caring for the elderly, can work autonomously as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and enjoys building good relationships with clients and their families. This role is responsible for the coordination, care planning and monitoring of CHSP clients to ensure quality services are provided. You will work closely with direct care workers, providing guidance where needed. There is the opportunity for future professional growth.

All Aged Care has been operating for 22 years as a quality approved provider of home care services with Head Office located in the Brisbane CBD close to public transport. We are a multi-cultural organisation who pride ourselves on delivering services which exceed client's expectations which enable clients to remain living independently in their own homes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience as a CHSP or Home Care Packager Coordinator
- Good communication, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Be Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
- Good computer skills including with care databases, Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- An ability to speak another language is highly regarded

You will need to be a permanent Australian resident, have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain), open Australian Drivers Licence. You are required to be fully vaccinated - COVID19 and Influenza.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
