**CHSP - HCP Coordinator (Non-Clinical)**

**Thriving in this role requires**:

- **Experience in CHSP and HCP package coordination**: You'll be experienced at navigating the intricacies of home care, including managing budgets and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- **A passion for client care**: Building genuine relationships with your clients and their families will be paramount. Your expertise will empower them to live independently with the support they deserve.
- **In addition to all of the the above, you will also need**:_
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements for CHSP and HCP Packages
- Proven ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Good computer skills including with care databases, word, excel, outlook
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Right to Work in Australia permanently with no restrictions
