**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a high-quality change project in a highly complex business environment and industry. Your role will be to implement, monitor and evaluate change management activities as well as work closely with passionate senior operational managers, who form your project team.

Your understanding of business operations and service delivery will be needed to provide strategic recommendations and coordinate internal expertise in the delivery of bespoke project initiatives.

Key to this will be to establish robust communication, governance, and reporting frameworks to ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated and the required outcomes are achieved in a timely manner. This operational process change will ultimately lead to better service quality for our customers and improve efficiencies across the business.

This role is a 12 month opportunity with potential to extend. Bella Vista office with a generous hybrid working model available.

**About you**:
You will be a collaborative and disciplined change manager with proven experience of delivering effective operational change on a large scale. You will have the customer experience at heart, and therefore, you will be purpose-driven, with a desire to lead change not just in the business, but the industry as well.

You will have strong business partnering experience with proven interpersonal and influencing skills as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.

This role would suit someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, has strong stakeholder management skills and a desire to learn about our business, our customer journey and the aged care industry.
