The purpose of this role is to deliver program improvement initiatives that form part of the End to End Workforce Solutions Tribe, working within the WorkJam Squad. Collaborating with Squads, Tribes, Chapters, Systems Teams and business value team stakeholders, this role is very connected and focussed on end-to-end delivery of value-adding program optimisation. With no day looking the same, this role will support the Squad to ensure solutions are meeting needs of Woolworths team members whilst proactively looking for ways to iterate and embed processes & technology.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead initiatives including gathering, synthesising and defining business requirements, the completion of project governance activities, and stakeholder engagement (across internal and external partners and vendors)
- End-to-end stakeholder management for streams of work, ensuring stakeholder priorities and needs are represented
- Supporting the strategic direction and business engagement to drive adoption in the solution/s
- Data and reporting analysis to create meaningful insights to stakeholders and squad
- Working with other program specialists to ensure that squad backlog is prioritised appropriately to meet cross team dependencies
- Create and maintain design and process documentation including support materials for business usersLead sessions with team members to brief & upskill on initiatives being deployed by the squad

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and opportunities within complex systems and processes
- Strong stakeholder management experience, facilitating workshops, training team members, presenting to senior leadership
- Previous exposure to WorkJam is ideal, but not required
- Good aptitude for systems with an ability to learn the complexities quicklyExperience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation
