**About you**:
Must have superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will work with all stakeholders to meet the customers’ needs, answer their questions and provide support. Looking for a self-motivator, who is disciplined, confident and enthusiastic, yet always empathic to your customers’ needs.

**About the role**:
Manage the accurate, timely and efficient day to day processing of orders and correspondence surrounding customer related enquiries (both internal and external customers). Manage the order cycle from order entry to delivery.
- Handle incoming enquiries including advising on stock availability, delivery and status of orders
- Processing of customer orders including tracking of orders until completion
- Processing of service requests and parts orders (including parts quotes)
- Follow up on customer backorders and deliveries and communicate information to the customer
- Address Internal and External customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Highlight any difficulties impacting the order management process to the Team Leader
- Communicate with Procurement and Warehouses to ensure issues are dealt with promptly
- Analyse Open Order Report daily, actively identify any issues with orders and follow up accordingly
- Advise the Warehouse of parts and parts pricing that need to be added to the system
- When required suggest alternative products to customers after seeking approval from Account Managers and/or Internal Sales
- Ensure the accurate and timely upkeep of the database

This may include:

- Updating customer records with information that may be relevant to the Account Managers and Internal Sales Teams
- Price changes
- Service Contract Administration
- Ensure operational procedures are updated and kept in a shared location
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to support Signode’s customer retention strategies

Assist with the preparation of departmental reporting and the team in any other duties as required by your Team Leader

Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service.

ACCPAC experience is not necessary, but would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
