- Comfortable with computers and proficiency with Data Entry and Inventory software.
- Experience in customer service, within a Call Centre environment is advantageous.
- Experience in the furniture industry is not required.

**Duties include**:

- Provide, guide and assist customers with excellent service throughout their buying journey.
- Answering inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely manner.
- Communicate production, delivery and order updates.
- Online Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate and manage delivery bookings so customers receive their goods on time
- Providing feedback on how we can continue to improve our business, brand and customer experience

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
