**What’s involved?**

Based in our Victoria West branch in Derrimut, your role will pivotal in supporting our ecommerce operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This includes troubleshooting, relationship building, product identification, quoting, liaising with customers and finalising sales primarily through our online channels including our website as well as over the phone.

Additionally, this role is unique in that there will be an expectation to be involved with the development of ecommerce social media and marketing content - providing pathways for those who would like to develop their careers in this way. We highly respect people who take pride in their quality of work, and value initiative.

There is room to grow within the business, and good results will be rewarded. Career progression is a possibility, particularly for those who have a desire to achieve and excel.

**What are we looking for?**

Salary will be commensurate with experience. You will be:

- Great communicator: both with team members and customers
- Digitally savvy - good understanding of ecommerce functions and operations
- Well versed with the use of social media
- Interested in the automotive industry

It would be highly regarded if you have;
- Knowledge of a broad range of automotive parts

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DERRIMUT, VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
