**The role**

**1. Off-the-Plan Property Sales**:

- Promote and sell off-the-plan residential properties to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property inspections, virtual tours, and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the properties.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, market trends etc.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers' team, investors, and homebuyers.
- Keep clients informed about project updates, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**3. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the Sydney real estate market, including off-the-plan developments, pricing, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

**4. Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate sales contracts, offers, and terms on behalf of clients (vendor).
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the closing process and provide support to clients throughout.

**5. Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal and team sales goals.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.

**The Opportunity**
- Offer an array of property options including house and land packages, apartments and townhouses in Western Sydney’s most sought-after locations
- Collaborate with Australia’s foremost developers
- Engage in in-person sales consultations at purpose-built display suites
- Derive satisfaction from representing stunning, high-quality homes
- Be part of organising and leading informative property seminars to prospective clients
- NSW Real Estate license holder (Class 2 agent or higher)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential project sales and any other sales experience is highly desired
- Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business, marketing).
- Proven experience in off-the-plan property sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and property development trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

This Off-the-Plan Project Sales Real Estate Consultant position offers an attractive compensation package - uncapped commission (no base), and potential for bonuses based on performance. Join our dynamic team and help clients find their dream homes in the exciting Sydney real estate market.
