**About the Role**
This is a newly created opportunity seeking a Property & Sales Portfolio Officer to join their growing team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within the Commercial Business Unit, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting on organisational property sales pipeline across short and long term divestment projects. The role will proactively manage a portfolio of property sales, converting a long list of sales from multiple streams into a detailed action plan by financial year to ensure revenue and targets are achieved.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the portfolio of property sales
- Convert pipeline streams managed by Commercial and other divisions into a detailed action plan by end of financial year
- Utilise project management methodologies
- Prepare detailed reports in excel covering progress and revenue targets
- Make evidence based recommendations to Commercial Directors to ensure business opportunities and impacts are considered
- Partner with stakeholders facilitating engagement, collaboration and contribution of ideas
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Identify shortcomings in existing data, developing improvements in data integrity
- Maintain up to date industry knowledge to help assist in meeting current and future demands
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Proven Property, Sales or Development experience
- Demonstrated Project and Portfolio Management experience
- Public Sector experience highly desirable
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Power Bi and Dashboards experience advantageous, not essential

- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
