Customer Service Representative

**Primary Objective**
Handle and facilitate all interactions with customers and related administrative tasks associated with our distribution activities, undertaken from our Distribution Centre located at the Brisbane Wholesale Markets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Undertake data entry / order entry of customer orders into system with high accuracy.
- Run through pick slips daily and advise customers of not available items. Offer substitute product where available.
- Place orders for stock with direct suppliers where appropriate.
- Book in external freight for collection/delivery in accordance with truck run and warehouse team.
- Organise and facilitate return stock as and when required. Communicating with the team accordingly.
- Process customer enquiries, credits, and orders within agreed timeframe.
- Contact customers in accordance with cut off times for orders.
**Experience, skills and qualification.**
- Experience in fresh produce administration and customer service.
- Clean driving licence (desirable)
- Folklift licence (desirable)
**Salary**: From $64,000.00 per year
