**The Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the new Air Defence and Space Systems Division (ADSSD) within CASG. The ADSSD is looking for experienced EL1 Administration Managers to join the Executive Office team of the 2* Divisional Head and the Branch Executive team of Space Systems Branch.
The EL1 Government Relations and Coordination Manager within the Divisional Executive team, will have oversight of the Divisional tasking function and will manage the development and preparation of ministerial, parliamentary, media, Freedom of Information, reporting and committee documentation on behalf of the Division.
The EL1 Assistant Director of People and Security within the Space Systems Branch will be responsible for human resources and strategic workforce management, monthly resourcing reporting, and implementation and governance of workforce plans in addition to Branch security governance, assurance and reporting.
**About our Team**
Located in Brindabella Business Park Canberra, the new Air Defence and Space Systems Division will streamline the management and oversight of the next frontier of Defence capabilities - Integrated Air and Missile Defence Systems and Space Domain capabilities.
The formation of this new division is in recognition of the growing strategic importance of these programs, the growing number of projects and capabilities in these areas, and the establishment of Defence Space Command.
Within the Air Defence and Space Systems Division, the Space Systems Branch is responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of Satellite Communication systems, with an emphasis on the provision of communication capabilities to the Australian Defence Force.
We are seeking highly motivated administration managers with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and exercise discretion and the ability to manage the priorities small teams in dynamic environments.
