This position is responsible for conducting and maintaining day-to-day office administrative requirements for the Wabtec Control Systems Pty Ltd office in Kent Town.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the purchasing of office supplies, stationery, maintenance needs, IT equipment requests
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests, following up to completion;
- Act as primary liaison for all office facilities and services, ensuring all office equipment is maintained in a clean and safe condition;
- Attend to basic reception duties,
- Raising vendor requisition/purchase orders, Issue customer invoices; end of month cost coding and posting activities.
- Arrange and book business travel, arrange visas when required and reconcile monthly credit card for business travel
- Be involved with monthly cycle counts and annual stock take activities.

Qualifications and Skills
- Competent in Office 365
- Attention to detail
- An aptitude to learn new software and systems;
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability;
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities - strong team player;
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Prior experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of SAGE 300, MYOB, Oracle or other financial, supply chain and production management ERP systems an advantage
